About the Program
The Canadian Innovation Commercialization Program (CICP) is a new initiative, launched as part of the Government of Canada’s commitment to promote Canada’s economic growth as announced in Budget 2010.

- Answer all the questions
- Remember to click "Save" while entering responses in the online form
- Proofread final answers for clarity and grammar
- Do not wait for the last minute to submit. Late proposals will not be accepted.

Responses must be provided by the bidder or bidder representative, not potential testing departments or other government representatives.
